Why Fort Payne?
If you enjoy the outdoors, a slower pace, and being part of a close-knit community, Fort Payne is a pretty special place to call home.
Located in Northeast Alabama near Little River Canyon National Preserve and DeSoto State Park, the area offers beautiful scenery, hiking, waterfalls, camping, fishing, and plenty of opportunities to get outside. Fort Payne also offers a more affordable cost of living while still being within driving distance of larger cities and everything they have to offer.
It’s a great place to put down roots, raise a family, and become part of a community.
A Chance to Build Something for the Future
Dr. Baker plans to transition toward retirement over the next several years and is looking for the right veterinarian to grow alongside him.
For the right person, this could be much more than an associate position. It is an opportunity to learn from an experienced veterinarian, become an important part of an established community practice, and potentially work toward ownership in the future.
If you’re looking for a practice where you can practice good medicine, know your clients and patients, continue learning, and have a real opportunity to shape your future, we’d love to hear from you.
Come meet the team and see what Fort Payne Animal Hospital is all about.
